This course take you to the history of coffee, basic extraction and milk texturing technique and we’ll ensure you get thorough understanding of how can make the basic coffee.
Throughout this course you’ll learn advance milk texturing technique and the relationship between milk and coffee and how to free pour multiple latte art designs or patterns.
Manual Brewing Course:
In this course you’ll get depth understanding of filter coffee and how to understand the small details of manual brewing and how things like water temperature, pouring technique, grind size, roast profile, and roast date affect the final product.
3 days Course:
The course start of with the history of coffee and the knowledge of different coffees, basics barista training, pouring and latte art technique , an overview of manual brewing , workflow and coffee progression followed by a visit to our Roastery to gain deeper understanding of the origins, roast profiling, and how to taste coffee in a professional manner
